From wire harnesses and telecommunications cables to laboratory vials, cosmetic samples, and writing instruments: Flag labels offer clean, durable, and highly visible identification where flat labeling space is limited.
Manufactured in an interlocking bone-shape design, self-adhesive flag labels provide ample surface area for barcodes, 2D codes, serialization, and corporate logos. Fitted with transparent protective lamination, they resist oils, chemicals, and mechanical abrasion.
Flag labels are applied by folding the two symmetrical adhesive halves over the wire. The central zone contacting the cable can be adhesive-neutralized, keeping the label flexible and movable along the line without causing stiffness in dense wiring harnesses.
High-conformability films combined with powerful adhesives ensure lasting edge adhesion without flagging or peeling over time.
For applications destined for the US and Canadian markets, we supply certified cable flag constructions tested in accordance with UL 969A (PGCT2 / PGCT8).
