For these demands, our UL 969A cable flags are available in certified outdoor versions (UOL).

This makes these constructions ideal not only for conventional indoor electrical equipment, but also for demanding outdoor deployments.

Our UL cable flags were tested and certified for three major cable jacket materials:

PVC | PUR | TPU

This allows us to calibrate the cable flag precisely to your specific cable jacketing and mechanical requirements.

Tested minimum cable jacket diameters vary depending on construction:

• PVC: cable jacket diameters from 5.4 mm
• PUR / TPU: cable jacket diameters from 6.5 mm

This broad coverage ensures dependable adhesion even on tight bending radii.

Depending on space constraints and processing workflows, we offer two standard formats:

• Format 1: 40 × 20 mm – compact cable flag for tight spaces
• Format 2: 70 × 30 mm – generous flag area for extensive compliance text, multi-lingual warnings, and barcodes

Both variants feature an interlocking flag construction that wraps around the cable and seals adhesive-to-adhesive for permanent, non-slip attachment.
