In November 2021, FESTO conducted a process audit at Förster according to VDA 6.3, process elements 5 to 7.
The audit was passed with grade A and 97%!
The process audit according to VDA 6.3 was introduced by the German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA) for automobile manufacturers and their suppliers. This third part of the “Quality Standard of the German Automotive Industry (VDA 6)” specifies how a process audit should be conducted for the development process of products and services, series production, and service provision.
