A central aspect in medical technology and industrial labeling is chemical resistance and permanent label legibility – even when exposed to aggressive cleaning and disinfecting agents. Our labels undergo specialized resistance testing, including wipe tests with various chemicals such as acetone, isopropanol, ethanol, hexane, Bacillol® or Terralin Protect®. Tests are performed on realistic surfaces following standard methodologies and durations. We document test results in comprehensive reports available upon request.
Furthermore, our label solutions meet all requirements for modern, traceable product labeling. We offer integration of GS1-compliant codes including DataMatrix and QR codes, serial numbers, batch numbers, and other variable data – fully aligned with your regulatory requirements such as UDI labeling in the medical sector. Data is generated, verified, and applied directly within our certified production process. As a UL-authorized label manufacturer, we are also qualified to produce labels with UL-listed codings such as R-Type or L-Type – including file numbers, serial numbers, and custom product markings.
